At the heart of the development is the magnificent Del Webb Meadow View Lodge. This striking 94,000-square foot clubhouse features a grand entrance with breathtaking views. Located along the main corridor are rooms for hobbies, crafts, and exercise, including ceramics, painting, reading, card games, dancing, aerobics, and sewing. The state-of-the-art Fitness Center includes weight and cardiovascular equipment and an indoor walking track. The indoor and outdoor pools provide great places for residents to participate in one of the many aquatic exercise classes offered. Residents can also choose to relax in the large sauna. A grand ballroom with an elevated stage and dance floor hosts many activities such as receptions, movie screenings, and theatrical productions.
Del Webb Meadow View Lodge is a 20,000-square foot facility that provides even more amenities, including a state-of-the-art Fitness Center with the latest high-end cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Meadow View Lodge also hosts several aerobics and dance studios, a computer lab, and an outdoor pool. The lounge facility has so much to do that it is the center piece of Del Webb.
